A spreadsheet is not a system.

We build custom software that takes over the work of spreadsheets and manual data entry. After launch we stay: we run the system and its servers, and we put our responsibility in the contract.

We design, build and maintain software in five areas. Every project starts with an analysis of the process, so that the investment has a business case.

  1. Custom software and web applications

Internal systems, booking platforms, B2B portals and SaaS. We design them around your process, so your company does not bend to someone else’s tool.

DEVNIVO CIRQ

R&D / productsIn development

Our own product, in development. CIRQ extracts material data and life-cycle data from supplier documentation and prepares it for LCA analyses and the digital product passport.

Five stages of cooperation

Each stage ends with a concrete result, on the basis of which you decide on the next step.

  1. Stage 1: Analysis and discovery workshop

We learn the process, the people who run it and the constraints. We agree the business goal and the scope of the first version. The wish list waits for later stages.

What you get: A document with requirements, a process map and a list of risks

  2. Stage 2: Architecture and quote

We design the architecture, wireframes of the key screens and the schedule. You know the price before work starts: fixed, or time and materials.

What you get: Architecture design, wireframes, schedule and quote

  3. Stage 3: Delivery in sprints with demos

We build in stages. Each sprint ends with a demo of a working version, so you watch the progress on a screen.

What you get: Access to the test environment and regular demos

  4. Stage 4: Production launch

We launch the system on the target infrastructure, migrate the data and train the people who will work in it.

What you get: A working system, technical documentation and handover of the code

  5. Stage 5: Maintenance and development (SLA)

After launch we stay. We answer for the availability, security and further development of the system.

What you get: An SLA, monitoring and a development plan

One contractor from code to servers

  • A team discusses a system diagram on an office monitor

    One place of responsibility

We design, build and maintain the system. When something fails, you do not have to work out whether the agency, the developers or the hosting company is to blame.

  • Signing a contract next to a laptop showing source code

    The code is yours

Once the project has been settled, we transfer the economic copyright in the code to your company. The terms are written into the contract.

  • An engineer reviews documentation with an architecture diagram

    Documentation any team can use

We hand the system over with architecture, deployment and integration documentation. Any team can develop it further, with or without us.

  • An administrator checks a server rack on a tablet

    Security and GDPR as standard

A data processing agreement (DPA), access control, backups and updates are part of every engagement and require no separate arrangements.

  • A project manager talks with a client at a table

You talk to the person in charge

You have direct contact with the person responsible for the project. No go-betweens who will “pass it on to the team”.

  • Planning a schedule on a whiteboard with sticky notes

Scope and price before we start

After the analysis you get the scope, the schedule and a quote. You decide before the first line of code is written.
